What Type Of Houses I Am Looking For
I am currently looking for single family, duplex, triplex and fourplex houses within a 3 hour drive from Toronto. Any condition is fine – from cosmetic rehab, to gut rehab, to tear down. For distressed properties, we can buy up to eight hundred thousand dollar houses. If your property meets those criteria, I will be happy to work with you.
